Paint and Restoration
We can help you bring your vision of your vintage bike to life. Coming in for a rebuild or carb service? Why not have us breathe some life into that patina? Our expert painters will grade, stripe and stipple those original details and return your ride to its showroom shine.
Engine Overhaul
The reality is, parts wear out and catastrophic failure does occur. Luckily we are a full-service tuning house and can rebuild and recondition your powerplant: returning compression, eliminating leaks and smoke, and recovering lost power.
We will work together to craft a plan for your final product: standard pistons or overbore, resleeeving and reconditioning the cylinders, media blasting, painting, or powdercoating to your specifications to bring your machine back to its original luster. We work with the best specialists in the Bay Area and in the world to make sure that your components are only touched by the best hands.
Carbeurettor Cleaning and Overhaul
Has your machine been sitting and now it won’t start? A common cause is when the small jets in the carbeurettors become clogged by residue from evaporated fuel and ethanol. If air cannot pass through, Senore Bernoulli’s principle becomes just more words.

Valve and Oil Service
Most modern motorcycles are capable of operating for tens of thousands of miles without a valve service. Most vintage bikes need to be inspected every 2,000 miles, according to most manufacturers. Think of your motorcycle’s valves as the way it breathes. If the clearances are off, so is its breathing. We have developed a knowledge base to offer mileage interval maintenance and service for your vintage machine, no matter when the OEM stopped producing it.
Timing System Inspection and Adjust
Points-based, mechanical, and Cap-and-Rotor ignition and timing systems do require periodic inspection and adjustment. We have the specialized tools and experience to ensure that your spark plugs are firing on time and with enthusiasm.

Brake and Tire Service
We recommend Pirelli and Metzeler tires, based on you application and can order your tire of choice. We service all types of brakes: from caliper and rotor to single- and twin- leading drum systems.
Brake System Overhaul
Over time, rubber lines and seals rot away and metal parts corrode from exposure to brake fluid. We meticulously clean, lubricate, and reassemble the components to return the stopping power to your levers.
Suspension Refresh and Overhaul
The technology behind telescopic forks has come a long way since the 1970s. If your suspension sags and your bike feels heavier that you know that it should, it might be time to service the fluid. Modern race forks or your Cucciolo from the 1940s, we can help.
